BAREFOOT. Comprised of four individual sections, Barefoot Landing is a favorite destination among tourists, who love not only the shopping but the food and entertainment as well. Among the stores are several big name retailers ­ Big Dog Sportswear and Dress Barn to name a few ­ plus independents like the Barefoot General Store. Nighttime entertainment is in the form of music venues such as House of Blues and the Alabama Theatre, and pubs and bars for every taste. Sustenance is supplied by ice cream and coffee shops and chains such as Joe's Crab Shack and T-Bonz Gill & Grill.
